The C&A Future Challenge was recognized as the best internal corporate event of 2017. For this event, we chose to collaborate closely with the client and place the future of the company directly in the hands of its employees.

This event went beyond food, entertainment, and hospitality. Together with the client and our partners at Outing Holland, we designed a program that celebrated C&A’s legacy while actively generating energy, ideas, and direction for the company’s future.

During the event, enthusiastic employees pitched their own visions and initiatives for the future of C&A. More than 60% of these ideas have since been implemented. A significant return on engagement and a result the entire organization can be proud of.
