The C&A Future challenge was voted the very best internal company event of 2017. At this event, we chose to put the future of the company in the hands of the employees together with the client.
This event was about more than just good food, fun entertainment and freshly tapped lager. Together with the client and our colleagues from Outing Holland, we looked at how this party could proudly reflect on C&A's past and how energetic input for the future of C&A could be generated.
Enthusiastic employees pitched their own ideas about the future of C&A during this event and more than 60% of these have now been realized. A great return that all employees of C&A can be proud of!
